Description
This Dunkaroo Dip is a nostalgic dessert dip made with Funfetti cake mix, Cool Whip, and Greek yogurt. Sweet, creamy, and colorful, it’s the perfect party dip that comes together in minutes for birthdays, holidays, or any fun celebration.
Ingredients
- 1 box Funfetti cake mix (heat-treated for safety)
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip (fat-free or lite)
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (fat-free or low-fat)
- 1/4–1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- Animal crackers, pretzels, graham crackers, or Nilla wafers for dipping
Instructions
1. Heat treat the cake mix by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F for 5–10 minutes, or microwave in a bowl for 20–45 seconds. Let cool completely.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled cake mix, Cool Whip, and Greek yogurt. Mix with a whisk or hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
3. Fold in sprinkles gently until evenly distributed.
4. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for 20–60 minutes to set and enhance flavor.
5. Serve chilled with animal crackers, graham crackers, or pretzels for dipping.
Notes
Always heat treat the cake mix before mixing for food safety. Chill the dip for best texture. Add more sprinkles right before serving for a colorful touch. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
