  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds), sliced in half horizontally
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing, plus more for serving
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
  • Fresh dill, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Sprinkle this mixture generously on both sides of the chicken.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken into the dill pickle ranch dressing, allowing any excess to drip back.
  5. In another bowl, combine half of the grated Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs. Press this mixture onto each chicken piece.
  6. Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh dill and serving with extra dressing.
