- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds), sliced in half horizontally
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing, plus more for serving
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 3 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
- Fresh dill, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Sprinkle this mixture generously on both sides of the chicken.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the dill pickle ranch dressing, allowing any excess to drip back.
- In another bowl, combine half of the grated Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs. Press this mixture onto each chicken piece.
- Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh dill and serving with extra dressing.
