A creamy and tangy deviled egg macaroni salad that’s perfect for gatherings, potlucks, or picnics.
Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, diced celery, diced red onion, and sweet pickle relish. Mix well.
- Add cooled macaroni to the egg mixture and stir until well incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Sprinkle paprika on top before serving. Enjoy chilled!
Notes
The salad can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
