Description

A creamy and tangy deviled egg macaroni salad that’s perfect for gatherings, potlucks, or picnics.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, diced celery, diced red onion, and sweet pickle relish. Mix well.
  3. Add cooled macaroni to the egg mixture and stir until well incorporated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Sprinkle paprika on top before serving. Enjoy chilled!

Notes

The salad can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
