Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gently fold in dried cranberries and chopped pistachios, ensuring even distribution.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the chocolate mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until fully set.
- Once set, break into pieces and serve or store for later.
