Description

A cozy and delightful cheese bread perfect for sharing, easy to prepare, and loaded with cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese (preferably grated parmesan or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tapioca flour and salt. Stir to distribute the salt evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and oil until frothy.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until there are no lumps.
  5. Add the grated cheese and combine until uniformly mixed.
  6. Grease a mini muffin tin and pour the batter into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving and enjoy warm!
