Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In your crockpot, combine the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, corn, onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Stir well to mix.
  2. Pour in the vegetable broth and stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
