  3. Pour the marinara sauce and water over the meatballs, ensuring they are well-covered.
  4. Cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain once cooked.
