- Cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain once cooked.
- Serve the meatballs and sauce over the hot spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil for a delightful finish.

For a crispy exterior, pop cooked meatballs under the broiler for 3-5 minutes before serving.
