A creamy, slow-simmered ranch chicken dish perfect for easy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes and place on top of the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth around the edges and sprinkle minced garlic over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot; stir to combine.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother sauce. Check seasoning after shredding.
