- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 10–12 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in the crockpot, ensuring it sits flat for even cooking.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers on top and pour the melted butter over the roast.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the roast is fork-tender.
- Once finished, shred the meat with a fork, mixing it with the cooking juices before serving.
