Description

A warm and creamy garlic Parmesan chicken dish made effortlessly in a crockpot, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot, spaced evenly.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until fully cooked and easily shred with a fork.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir into the sauce.
  6. Optionally, add sun-dried tomatoes or spinach in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, taste the sauce before serving and adjust the seasoning. Feel free to swap ingredients for variations.
