Description

This easy crockpot garlic parmesan chicken and potatoes is a delicious slow cooker meal the whole family will love. Tender chicken, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, and seasoned potatoes make it comforting and irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to cover chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Wash and cube potatoes, then place in a greased crockpot. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir in minced garlic.

2. Cut chicken breasts into cubes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

3. Place chicken over potatoes and cover with garlic Parmesan sauce.

4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.

5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, cover briefly until melted, then serve.

Notes

Cut potatoes evenly so they cook consistently.

Freshly shredded mozzarella melts better than packaged.

Add a splash of cream for a richer version.

Tastes great with a drizzle of ranch on top!
