Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot, ensuring they are evenly spread.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken. Add the diced onion, bell peppers, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
  3. Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.
