Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot, ensuring they are evenly spread.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken. Add the diced onion, bell peppers, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.
- Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken within the crockpot and mix it well with the juices.
