Description

A comforting chicken pasta dish enveloped in creamy marinara and Alfredo sauces, perfect for chilly nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray your crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the crockpot, arranging them evenly.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Top the chicken with minced garlic.
  5. Pour marinara and Alfredo sauces over the chicken without stirring.
  6. Cover your crockpot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is tender.
  7. Once cooked, shred or cube the chicken, then mix in shredded mozzarella cheese until melted.
  8. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  9. Gently fold the cooked pasta into the crockpot until coated in the creamy sauce.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
