Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Begin by layering the chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crockpot.
  2. Combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl; whisk until smooth and pour over the chicken.
  3. Scatter the broccoli florets evenly over the sauce and chicken.
  4. Cover the Crockpot and set it to low for 240-300 minutes.
  5. Stir in 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream about 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top just before serving.
  7. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes for a fulfilling meal.
