  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot and season it generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.
  4. Remove the beef, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crockpot to soak up the juices.
  5. Add the egg noodles and stir gently to coat them in the broth.
  6. Switch to high and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes until the noodles are cooked through.
