Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot and season it generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.
- Remove the beef, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crockpot to soak up the juices.
- Add the egg noodles and stir gently to coat them in the broth.
- Switch to high and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes until the noodles are cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
