Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ginger, and cornstarch blended with water until smooth.
  2. Add the beef slices into the crockpot, and pour the sauce over, coating all the meat.
  3. Layer the broccoli florets on top of the beef.
