Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ginger, and cornstarch blended with water until smooth.
- Add the beef slices into the crockpot, and pour the sauce over, coating all the meat.
- Layer the broccoli florets on top of the beef.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until beef is tender and flavors meld beautifully.
