Instructions
- Spray the Crock Pot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer the chicken breasts evenly at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, chicken broth, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are covered.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top and press down gently with a fork.
- Scatter the frozen peas or mixed vegetables over the stuffing and season with black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
