A comforting and flavorful crock pot chicken dish, combining creamy chicken soup and soy sauce for a delightful meal.

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts, mince the garlic, and chop the green onions.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crock pot in an even layer.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup and soy sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic and Italian seasoning on top, and add black pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the chicken.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken in the pot using two forks to soak up the sauce.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and serve over rice or pasta.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with cold water and add it during the last cooking phase. For veggie options, add vegetables halfway through cooking for added nutrition.
