Description

Delicious, crispy pizza chips that combine cheesy goodness with savory pepperoni, perfect for snacking any time.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas (or pita bread)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini turkey pepperoni slices (or chopped turkey pepperoni)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for traditional baking or set your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Cut the tortillas into triangle-shaped chips using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
  3. Arrange the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet or in your air fryer basket.
  4. Brush each chip lightly with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a touch of salt over the chips.
  6. Top the chips with a light layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by mini turkey pepperoni and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  7. If baking, place them in the oven for 8–10 minutes or until golden and bubbly; for the air fryer, cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Remove them from the oven/air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving with pizza sauce on the side.

Notes

For crispy results, ensure chips aren’t overlapping while cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven or air fryer.
