Description

Irresistibly crunchy chicken tenders coated with garlic and parmesan, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken tenders
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • As needed Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Optional Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and the last with a mixture of panko, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg, and then coat in the panko mixture.
  4. Place the coated tenders on the baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out.
  5. Drizzle or spray with olive oil. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute the all-purpose flour with a gluten-free flour blend and use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
