- 1 pound Chicken tenders
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- As needed Olive oil or cooking spray
- Optional Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and the last with a mixture of panko, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg, and then coat in the panko mixture.
- Place the coated tenders on the baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out.
- Drizzle or spray with olive oil. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute the all-purpose flour with a gluten-free flour blend and use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
