Description

Crispy garlic Parmesan green beans that bring a taste of Mexico to your table. Easy to make and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends off the green beans and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the green beans, add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the green beans.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan version, replace Parmesan with nutritional yeast. Add red pepper flakes for spice.
