- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim the ends off the green beans and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the green beans, add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the green beans.
- Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegan version, replace Parmesan with nutritional yeast. Add red pepper flakes for spice.
