Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded, sliced, or diced)
- 1 ripe avocado (diced or sliced)
- ½ cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream, mayo, or favorite sauce
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 teaspoon oil
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, avocado, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice until mixed.
2. Lay one tortilla flat and add a portion of the filling in the center. Wrap tightly.
3. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
4. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
5. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
6. Serve warm, cut in halves, and enjoy!
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
