Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter ( stick)
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1012 chicken wingettes (thawed if frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup, then dot the foil with unsalted butter.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
  4. Coat both sides of each chicken wing with the flour mixture.
  5. Place the wings on the baking sheet, spaced apart, with butter pieces evenly dotted among them.
  6. Bake the wings in your preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Carefully flip the wings over and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
