- 10–12 chicken wingettes (thawed if frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup, then dot the foil with unsalted butter.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
- Coat both sides of each chicken wing with the flour mixture.
- Place the wings on the baking sheet, spaced apart, with butter pieces evenly dotted among them.
- Bake the wings in your preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Carefully flip the wings over and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.

Notes
