A delightful recipe that transforms fluffy gnocchi into golden, crispy bites, infused with garlic and Parmesan.

- 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
- 1 – 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 – 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese until well-coated.
- If using frozen gnocchi, DO NOT thaw it; add it directly from the freezer.
- Carefully place the seasoned gnocchi in the preheated basket, ensuring they aren’t overlapping.
- Air fry fresh/refrigerated gnocchi for 11 – 14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- For frozen gnocchi, air fry for 13 – 16 minutes, shaking similarly until golden on the outside.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra fluffiness, soak the gnocchi in water for 5-10 minutes before cooking. Preheat the air fryer for best results.
