- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In your Instant Pot, add the bowtie pasta and chicken broth. Stir well to ensure the pasta is submerged.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, perform a quick-release of the pressure. Be careful of the steam!
- Open the lid and add the shredded turkey, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cheese to the pot. Stir until everything is well combined and the cheese is fully melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired, for a bright pop of color.
