- 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper and sear until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onions and garlic, sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the pepperoncini and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth, scraping the skillet to incorporate any browned bits.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in garlic and olive oil beforehand. Adjust pepperoncini for more or less heat.
