Description

A heartwarming bowl of creamy Parmesan garlic beef bowtie pasta that brings comfort and love to the dinner table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. If there’s excessive fat, drain it. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the onion softens.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Cook for another minute.
  4. Add butter and let it melt, then pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Stir in the half and half and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, cooking on low for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for the best creaminess.
