  • 8 ounces Rotini Pasta (Or fettuccine/penne)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley (For garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Reserve a cup of pasta water.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: In a skillet, add olive oil, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In the skillet, lower heat, add butter, and stir in minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until combined and melted.
  5. Combine Chicken and Sauce: Slice cooked chicken and return to the skillet, ensuring it’s well-coated. Add reserved pasta water if sauce is too thick.
  6. Mix with Pasta: Add drained pasta, tossing with sauce and chicken until well coated. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
