Instructions
- Combine the whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in your crockpot.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully blended, ensuring the chocolate chips are submerged.
- Cover your crockpot and cook on low for about 120 to 180 minutes, stirring every 30 to 45 minutes.
- Once the chocolate is completely melted and smooth, switch the heat to warm.
