Description

Creamy Crockpot Crack Chicken is the ultimate comfort food with tender shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, beef , cheddar cheese, and a creamy finish. Serve it on buns, tortillas, or even as a dip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
  • 1/23/4 cup cooked crumbled beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Buns (for serving)

Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts into a 5–6 qt slow cooker.

2. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix over chicken.

3. Top with block of cream cheese.

4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours.

5. Remove lid and shred chicken in crockpot.

6. Stir in cream cheese until fully blended.

7. Add cheddar cheese, beef, and green onions, then stir.

8. Serve warm on buns, croissants, or tortillas.

Notes

Use sharp cheddar for a richer flavor.

If sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or broth.

Brioche or Hawaiian buns pair well for sandwiches.

Double the recipe for a crowd and store leftovers for later.
