Description
A warm and creamy chicken spaghetti cooked slowly in a crockpot, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box of spaghetti
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 block of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients; chop, measure, and set up your workspace.
- Place boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cover with cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until just tender.
- Once the chicken is cooked through (around 4 hours), shred the meat directly in the crockpot. Add softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, then the cooked spaghetti, stirring until everything is coated in the creamy sauce.
Notes
For firmer spaghetti, consider cooking it al dente before adding to the crockpot. Feel free to add more types of cheese for a flavorful twist.
