- 1 turkey breast
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh cranberries and orange slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush with the glaze.
- Roast for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting every 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with cranberries and orange slices if desired. Serve and enjoy!
