Description

A festive turkey breast glazed with a sweet-tart cranberry orange sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cranberries and orange slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
  3. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush with the glaze.
  5. Roast for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting every 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with cranberries and orange slices if desired. Serve and enjoy!
