Description

A cozy cranberry brie crescent wreath made with flaky crescents, creamy brie, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs or parsley for garnish (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2 sliced apples or pears
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles, arranging them in a circle with wide ends in the center.
  4. Place slices of brie over the wide ends of triangles and drizzle with cranberry sauce.
  5. Fold the pointed ends of the triangles over the filling to secure the wreath shape.
  6. Brush the entire wreath with the beaten egg and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
  8. Let it cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider drizzling with honey or balsamic reduction before serving. Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
