- 8 ounces brie cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 2 sliced apples or pears
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles, arranging them in a circle with wide ends in the center.
- Place slices of brie over the wide ends of triangles and drizzle with cranberry sauce.
- Fold the pointed ends of the triangles over the filling to secure the wreath shape.
- Brush the entire wreath with the beaten egg and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- Let it cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm.
Notes
