Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
  • 4 cups apples, peeled and chopped (about 45 medium tart apples such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the fresh cranberries evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Scatter the chopped apples generously over the cranberries.
  4. Dust the sugar evenly over the fruit layers.
