Description
These juicy Crack Burgers are loaded with cheddar, crispy bacon, and ranch seasoning—your new weeknight (or weekend!) obsession.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo (for topping)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix together ground chuck, sour cream, ranch mix, bacon, and cheese.
2. Shape mixture into 6 patties, pressing a dimple into the center of each.
3. Grill or pan-fry burgers over medium heat until cooked to your desired doneness.
4. Serve on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo, or your favorite toppings.
Notes
Don’t overmix the meat to keep it juicy.
Wet hands with cold water to form patties more easily.
