Ingredients

  • 2 fresh lemons (zested and juiced)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients. If desired, sear chicken in olive oil until just browned on both sides.
  2. In your slow cooker, combine the rinsed rice and chicken broth, ensuring the rice is evenly spread.
