Instructions

- Place the seasoned chicken breasts atop the potatoes.

- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, ensuring the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
