Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker. Season them with salt and pepper, ensuring they’re well-coated for flavor.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic over the chicken and pour the chicken broth on top.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the cooker, shred it into bite-sized pieces, and return it to the pot.
- Stir in the pasta and grated Parmesan cheese. Switch the slow cooker to high and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For best results, use freshly minced garlic and grated Parmesan. You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
