Description

A comforting lasagna made effortlessly in a slow cooker, layered with savory meat, cheese, and pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Grease the inside of your slow cooker and spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
  4. Add half of the frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Spread half of the remaining meat sauce over the ravioli, followed by half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Repeat layers with the remaining ravioli, meat sauce, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses, topping with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.

For the best flavor, use fresh cheeses and monitor the cooking time as it may vary by slow cooker model.
