- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped or left whole
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 0.6 ounces Italian dressing mix
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot, arranging them evenly.
- Scatter the chopped garlic around the chicken.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, soften the butter and cream cheese together for about 30-60 seconds.
- Whisk the melted butter and cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the cream of chicken soup.
- Stir in the Italian dressing mix and chicken stock until well combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Optional: shred the chicken 30 minutes before cooking is done.
- Near the end of cooking, prepare the angel hair pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- Serve the chicken and creamy sauce over the pasta.
