Description

A comforting dish of tender chicken blended with creamy ranch flavors, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Russet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  2. Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add the cut potatoes and baby carrots on top of the chicken.
  4. Pour the prepared ranch sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve warm, drizzled with additional sauce if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute chicken with chickpeas or tofu and use vegan cream of mushroom soup.
