- 2 packets of Italian dressing seasoning
- 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker, ensuring they’re spread in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the Italian dressing seasoning across the chicken.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken, then add the cubed cream cheese and chicken broth.
- Cover the slow cooker and set to LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks or a hand mixer.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix well with the creamy sauce.
- Stir in fresh herbs just before serving.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, cook uncovered for the last hour. Substitute ingredients as desired for dietary preferences.
