Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken, ensuring it is completely submerged.
  3. Add the diced carrots and celery atop the chicken, layering them for a tasty crunch.
  4. Spoon the cream of chicken soup evenly over the vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken breasts, shred them, and return to the pot.
  8. Stir in the egg noodles, cover, and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes or until noodles are soft.
