Description

A delightful eggnog fudge blending creamy white chocolate with warm spices for a festive treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine eggnog, white chocolate chips, and unsalted butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in ground nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  4. If using, fold in chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Lift fudge from the dish using parchment paper and cut into squares. Enjoy!
