- 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 4 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 20 ounces Cheese Tortellini
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker by lightly greasing the inside with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken, then pour chicken broth around the edges.
- Cover and set the slow cooker on low for about 240 minutes.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.
- Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and cheese tortellini. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
