- 1 cup rice (uncooked)
- 1 can creamy tomato soup

Instructions
- In the Instant Pot, add the diced chicken, uncooked rice, creamy tomato soup, chicken broth, and curry powder.
- Stir all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the lid of the Instant Pot and select high pressure, cooking for 10 minutes.
- When the timer goes off, carefully release the pressure before opening the lid.
- Gently stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Notes
