Description

This Copycat Texas Roadhouse Baked Salmon is tender, flaky, and full of zesty soy-lemon flavor. A healthy, restaurant-style meal you can easily make at home in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup seasoned rice (for serving)
  • 2 cups steamed vegetables (for serving)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

3. Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

4. Place marinated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until flaky and cooked through.

5. Serve with seasoned rice and steamed vegetables, adding a slice of lemon on top if desired.

Notes

Marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor. Use low-sodium soy sauce to balance the salt. Add a bit of honey to the marinade for sweetness. Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days.
