- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for air frying
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well-beaten.
- Spread the bread crumbs in a third shallow bowl for coating.
- Dredge each tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.
