- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes
- Optional: red pepper flakes or cayenne for a spicy kick

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the crockpot and sprinkle the minced garlic over the top.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
