- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 package angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crock Pot, spread out evenly.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Gradually whisk in the dry Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, and chicken broth until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken in the Crock Pot, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Prepare the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Plate a mound of pasta and top with the chicken and sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
For a lighter dish, serve with veggies instead of pasta. Leftovers reheat beautifully!
